Appellants motion for rehearing has been denied by this Court without written opinion. I dissent to this action for two reasons. The first is expressed in my dissenting opinion on the States motion for rehearing and will not, therefore, be repeated here. The second concerns appellants claim that evidence of an extraneous offense was improperly admitted at trial. She maintains that this Court erroneously overruled her third point of error on rehearing, and I now agree.
